- Interior makes attractive use of warm hued satinwood
- Lid dressed with attractive white silver plated mounts with central plaque
- Fretwork spells out the Portuguese word Tabaco
- Distinctive tiered wavy edge finish creates a fascinating visual effect
- Maker’s mark to rear for Reis Filhos, Porto – established in the late 19th century
