Your satisfaction is important to us. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can request a replacement or reimbursement according to the guidelines below.

  • Products should be in resalable condition, unused, with original packaging and accessories. Damaged or altered items may not qualify for full reimbursement.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason.

Processing

Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Approved reimbursements are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Exchanges

You can request a replacement for the same product (size, color, or model) based on availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a reimbursement will be issued instead.

Partial Reimbursements

Items returned in a condition that reduces resale value may qualify for a partial reimbursement. Any deductions will be clearly explained.

Promotional Items

Items purchased during promotions or sales are eligible for reimbursement based on the price actually paid at the time of purchase.

International Considerations

International returns must comply with local regulations. If returns are restricted due to legal or regulatory reasons, reimbursement may still be provided after verification.
